Faxio (operated by Bear Labs LLC) is built around one principle: your documents are yours. We only process them to deliver your fax.

What we collect

An anonymous device identifier (no account or email required), the documents you upload for transmission, recipient fax numbers, and delivery metadata (status, timestamps). Payment details are handled by our payment processors and never stored on our servers.

How documents are handled

Uploaded documents are stored encrypted, used solely to render and transmit your fax, and are accessible only through your device identity. We do not read, sell, or share your documents.

Third parties

We use carrier-grade telecom providers to transmit faxes and cloud infrastructure to process documents. These providers act as data processors under our instructions.
